Funeral Service will be held on Monday, October 1st, 2012 at 11:00am at First Baptist Church with Dr. Clark will be held on Sunday, September 30th, 2012 at Kilgore Funeral Home from 4:00-8:00pm. of New Albany, MS and one sister, Tracy Demos of Galloway, N.J. Back in 1997, it was reported Phyllis Clark underwent a psychiatric evaluation at a Waukegan hospital after an incident in which she allegedly rammed two police cars while attempting to avoid a speeding ticket. He was preceded in death by his mother Sudie Mae Ragsdale. The two became proud parents of three children. Clark is survived by his wife, Yolanda Cunningham Clark two daughters, Mallory Clark of Austin, TX and Brylee Clark of Tullahoma two sons, Robert Clark of Austin, TX and Brenden Clark of Tullahoma one brother, James Clark Jr. Clark leaves his wife, Gladys Marie King Clark to whom he had been married for 46 years. He was a member of First Baptist Church in Tullahoma and was a Trustee for the Fraternal Order of Police. During his life, he worked as a Patrol officer for the Tullahoma City Police Department, and was a Veteran of the United States Army Air Force National Guard.

Clark was born in Tunica, MS to the late James R. Billy Glen Clark, of Tullahoma, passed this life on Friday, September 28th, 2012 at The Willows at Winchester Care and Rehabilitation Center at the age of 48.
